World's Best Raspberry Pie

On a shore excursion we had the World’s Best Raspberry Pie at Prince Edward Island Preserve Company on Prince Edward Island. See the little cheesecake layer near the crust?? YUMMM! The owner, Bruce gave Smitty an authentic Scottish kilt and a knit hat with red fuzzy hair sticking out of it! He happily posed for the other diners and was such a good sport!
