The conference programming cost, included in the retail price for each event, reflects the value of the unique onboard events curated specifically for our travelers by our event partners. This specialized content sets our cruise events apart, enhancing your travel experience with Inspiration and your favorite Christian teachers, artists, speakers and musicians.
Note that this programming is exclusive and available only to those who book through Inspiration. Our events tend to sell out, so make sure to book early through Inspiration to ensure you get the best conference rate and can enjoy the life-changing programming.
Because of the trust we have built with ministry leaders and artists, they have asked us to exclusively handle all logistics for their travel events—including reservations. Even if an outside travel agent books you at the same hotel, they cannot reserve a spot for you in any of the event programming. Only Inspiration can issue special event materials, including branded name badges that secure your entrance to every concert, gathering and event experience.

Packing Tips
What you pack depends on your destination and the activities planned during your trip. We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes or sandals, as you'll likely be on your feet exploring.
Lightweight clothing such as shorts, loose-fitting shirts, and a hat or sun visor is great for warm weather, while a light jacket or sweater may come in handy for cooler evenings.
For cruises in colder climates, a light raincoat or umbrella, layered casual clothing, and a hat are recommended.
Remember essentials like sunscreen, sunglasses, and a swimsuit if you'll be near the water. If you wear prescription medication or contact lenses, ensure you bring enough for the duration of your trip in their original containers.
Your Welcome Aboard packet, with your confirmation, includes more detailed packing recommendations for your trip.
Yes. Luggage allowances vary between airlines and international and domestic flights (and are subject to change). We recommend that each passenger travel with at most one large suitcase and one carry-on. Many airlines charge additional fees for checked luggage.
Please contact your airline directly for applicable and current information regarding luggage allowances and fees.

Each cruise line offers age-appropriate activities. The cruise line website lists the different programs or activities offered for various age ranges.
The amount of spending money you bring depends on your personal preferences and travel plans. Most purchases can be made with a credit card, but having some cash on hand is a good idea, especially smaller bills for tips, transportation, and local purchases.
